Pam Maloney offers true professionalism in the real estate business. Pam has been in real estate for over 40 years, listing and selling homes in Howard and surrounding counties. She has assisted over 4000 familes in both buying and selling their homes. Leveraging her experience as a successful business Broker, she is known for her outstanding client service, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with her client's best interest at heart.

She is a very caring individual and she doesn't think of you as a client, she thinks of you as a life-long friend. Pam's strong base of loyal repeat customers is the reason she has been so successful in the real estate market.

Pam has held all the chairs in the Realtor Association of Central Indiana, she has been Realtor of the Year, Distinguished Service Award, and her most recent was Emeritus Realtor. She is a member of the Mastermind Group of Indiana compromising of 14 top agents from around the State of Indiana. She holds several designations such as Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) Designation, Master Graduate Realtors Institute (MGRI) Designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) Designation and Broker.

Pam was married to Mike Maloney for 55 years before his death in May 2017. She is the mother of two, grandmother to seven grandchildren and great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren.

Pam believes in giving back to her community not only from a monetary standpoint, but volunteering in many community activites. A percentage of each of "The Pam Maloney Team's" closings goes to Children's Miracle Network.
